What is included?
Taking two hours just for yourself, be guided through this deeply restorative practice that can help you to reduce stress, balance your energy and completely relax.
The workshop includes - powerful breath work practice to slow down the mind, before we get super comfy on our mats with props and settle into restorative yoga poses, during this time I will come around and give Reiki treatments to you, I will then guide you through a Yoda Nidra meditation to close the workshop.
There will be time for tea and reflection after the practice.
What is Reiki? - Reiki is an energy healing therapy. Just like our bodies need oxygen, food and water, we also need energy. With modern day life that energy can become blocked from stressors, Reiki works to restore the flow of energy bringing the mind and body back into balance.
What is Yoga Nidra? - Yoga Nidra is a powerful form of guided meditation practiced lying down in Savasana. During the practice you will fall into a state of consciousness between awake and asleep. Calming the nervous system leading to less stress and better health, Yoga Nidra can bring you into a deep state of peace and relaxation.
